The 2013 Irish Wedding Journal Magazine reader awards were held
last week in Dublin. Ireland’s best-selling bridal
magazine, Wedding Journal introduced the awards last year to give readers of
Wedding Journal magazine and WeddingJournalOnline.com the opportunity to vote
for their favourite bridal industry experts across 18 high competitive
categories.

Last night’s awards have proved to be a huge success, with places
in the prestigious final being highly prized by businesses across Ireland. This
year a staggering 20,000 votes were cast as businesses used every tool at hand,
including Facebook, Twitter and email, to rally support from their customers.
Hosted by the gorgeous Sinead Desmond from Ireland AM, over 180
guests from the wedding industry were treated to a delicious afternoon tea
event, with Jazz music from the Bentley Boys, before official proceedings got
underway.
